Transportation
The transportation of live fish requires good equipment and careful handling which is only brought about by experience. We own three new four-wheel drive fish transporters which enable us to get as close as possible to the introduction point. They are fitted with purpose built fish tanks with wide openings.
During transportation, the fish are fed a mixture of oxygen and compressed air, the latter assisting in the removal of excess protein which helps to reduce stress.

Food
Frustrated with the high cost and protein of fish food available? We produce our own food with sensible levels of protein at a sensible price.

Ordering
Fish of up to and including ten inches in length are normally sold by the inch/cm and over ten inches by the pound/kg of weight.
The ten inch and under are hand counted in water (never dry). This is a tedious and often an uncomfortably cold job, but it is accurate.
When ordering please write stating species, size and number or weight of fish you require.
Your telephone number home and work and good directions to your water from the nearest main road are very important.
If you wish us to obtain consent from the EA, we require Land Ranger Grid reference, name and address of water involved.
We will then write back to you confirming prices and availability.

Guarantee on delivery
We guarantee live delivery of the fish. In the unlikely event of any fatalities, you will be offered replacement fish or to have the cost of the lost fish returned.
Payment is required with each consignment on delivery once you are happy with your order.
All fish are sold subject to the terms and conditions as printed in our price list and on the understanding you have permission from the Environment Agency to stock, in writing.
